@cwebber Apropos of not-much, inspired by your fediverse mujaddara, I have integrated “lentils and rice” into my repertoire of rice-cooker-based staple meals (though with way more rice proportionally). However, I do not currently have the kitchen organization × executive budget to do fried onions on top, and the kind of yogurt that would be suitable is awkward to get.
