-Burns.
-Exposed broken bones (compound fractures).
-Crush injuries.
-Insect bites and dog bites.
-Using infected syringes.
-Surgical procedures.
-Dental infections.

Wow, talk about a catch all! They may as well say that tetanus is just a infection complication.
