I think most of the kids who get "measles" today would just be diagnosed with chicken pox if the doctor asked "Did they get the MMR?" and the parents say "Yes."
I think a lot of kids which chicken pox would probably just test positive for a measles test too.

More to your question:
> If tetanus symptoms have developed, the disease has to run its course. This can take several weeks. With proper treatment, most people recover. But it can take several months to fully recover.
If I had to guess, if you have the vaccine, they just tell you, it is long covid, or something else. If you don't have the vaccine, they tell you it is tetanus xD

In third world countries, where tetanus is a problem, who gets it?
> tetanus is typically seen in newborn babies
> Tetanus is also seen in people who are elderly with lower immunity to the disease.
Causes:
-Burns.
-Exposed broken bones (compound fractures).
-Crush injuries.
-Insect bites and dog bites.
-Using infected syringes.
-Surgical procedures.
-Dental infections.
Wow, talk about a catch all! They may as well say that tetanus is just a infection complication.
