Ambimist@dilmandila @peertube One of the "privacy" settings once you've uploaded a video (not in the pre-upload dropdown) is "scheduled", which lets you set a date and time to make the video public. That should then send out the usual subscriber notifications.
Is that what you mean by having a premiere, or are you looking for more specialised functionality for what you're planning?
