It won't. The damage is done. It won't receive the treatment the prequels have been getting because with the prequels, much of the criticism can chalked up as nerds with bloated nostalgia goggles who never understand film or film appreciation and have skill issues while watching the prequels. But the prequels was still very much in line with Lucas' vision and the creation of majority Whites.
