@johnlogic *just* snitch them out. No need to warn them they’re not in compliance, they can pay you for legal advice if they need it. Literally *just* skip to the part where you snitch them out to California and Colorado and I think New York
On 1 Jan 2015, Illinois’ “ban the box” law went into effect, and I already had a list of major recruiting firms and whitelabeled ATS systems that weren’t compliant over the past month. Checked each one to make sure they were still asking the now-illegal question (100% of them did) and I reported all ~30 of them to the state department of labor.
