@phnt @nyanide it sounds then like a couple things that could be done to improve things would be to encourage people to start their own instances (maybe someone with knowledge could create a hand-holdy newb tutorial if one doesn't exist) and maybe people who are mildly political shitposters could exercise some restraint and devote themselves to just being funny or dumb without serious posting much at all (I think I fall in this category)
