i scrolled up forever. this is a cat scratch. that swelling you see is likely infection. don't mess around with this, go get antibiotics and a tetanus shot if you haven't had one in < 5 years or if a blood titer doesn't show antibodies.

you "may" be able to heal it naturally, but don't count on it.
