Ironically, Thomas Sowell's Black Rednecks and White Liberals has one of the best descriptions of it I've ever heard. </p><p>White Liberals 'love' Black people (collective) but dislike the individuals IRL as shown by how and where they live and the NIMBY Champaign Socialist mindset.
