well a lot of firefighter departments set up a photoshoot, make the guys go topless, take pictures, and take pictures of sweaty hairy buff men in uniform without the top (sometimes holding stuff like a fire axe, or carrying a hose on their shoulder), while they make sure to focus on their torso.
i don't even think they make any profit from it i think it's just tradition at this point.
