To address Sui's concern, you definitely don't need 3 hours of content and I have a little structure to kick things off and get the conversation rolling because I know it helps me AND the guests.

On livestreaming, if you have the hardware to set it up, I'd recommend doing and OwnCast instance unless you're trying to make money on it. OC is really for smaller streams so if you're planning on trying to build some kind of massive audience, you'll have to neuter your content and go to Twitch.
