Mental health institutions themselves can be a traumatic topic, and may be to some of my readers. They can be another form of incarceration, or they can be life saving, depending on the person, the reason a person is there, the facility, the care given, and how they got there.

I *cannot imagine* sweeping up a bunch of homeless encampments into some form of involuntary institutionalization is going to be anything other than a nightmare.
