Delta Chat@opensourceopenmind @lps chatmail is a federated instant messaging relay more.than am email server. Chatmail relays are wholly unqualified to act as a regular email server because most email clients facilitate cleartext mail, and use the servers IMAP folders for showing an inbox. Chatmail relays only transmit end-to-end encrypted messages with metadata minimization, and constantly remove messages once received.
