There are good quality non-IT nerds and bad quality IT nerds out there, but both ways is just a tiny percentage.
Good non-nerds can be thought of as newcomers with legit interest in IT willing to learn how to use computers the right way.

So I don't really mind non-nerds to be online if that's for them being willing to learn and adapt to the online culture, rather than them wanting to destroy it.
