Dear Programmers and HR people.

"Trans" (& "Transgender") is not a gender. It literally means to cross gender. Also it doesn't tell you starting point, ending point, or direction. It's a useless answer to the question of "what's your gender?"

This reminder brought to you by the fact that I'm currently putting together a will and living will, and it wants to know my gender for some reason. The options are Male, Female, Trans, Non-binary.
