But it's probably because they also have this mental connotation that men = dangerous perverts who will randomly whip out their dick if allowed to enter the sacred women's bathroom. And since trans women = men to them... It's absolute bogus, of course. Many cis women really need to confront their bias about men in general because a lot of their transphobia stems from that, I think.
