@piggo Basically three ways to cut steel for different purposes:
0. Hack saw to cut small parts occasionally (this doesn't count because you go nuts very soon)
1. Angle grinder to cut steel almost straight
2. Chop saw to cut steel straight, but $$$ and can only do that one thing and maybe 45° sometimes
3. Plasma cutter to cut non-straight shapes, curves, artwork, excavator thumbs, use templates or strap onto a CNC machine (someone on youtube actually did exactly that with the Lidl thing).
