Some people are like that, they're just flirty and like attention but don't mean anything else by it. They seem to push the responsibility of knowing that they aren't being serious onto others. I've had a lot of male friends who did that shit constantly, they didn't even seem to realise what they were doing and got shocked when their gfs would get pissy over it lol.
