What this represents is open season on Judges. If a Judge can cause this to happen, because while the "Cause" is brought about by a nigger behaving like a nigger, the "Effect" is purely and exclusively the result of the Judge.

If enough Judges are dragged out of Court and hanged, this behavior will stop.
