- Embed this notice@joel I decided to take "eating less" a bit too much to the extreme. Basically, I'd starve myself, but also suddenly exercise more, so I was running on much less energy than I should be, especially if I do sports. This made my body go more into "panic" mode and try to hold onto fat and everything whenever I'd give in to some cravings and suddenly eat more.
That, and not eating enough proteins, way too little considering the workouts I do
