MiakodaI'd also factor in to that trustworthiness how fast the player resolved funding issues. Example - I had my account locked when I changed banks and forgot to update my payment info on PSN. When it billed my PS+, it of course bounced. I had that corrected in under 24 hours. (I'm very protective of my Playstation account!) That should count in favor of trustworthiness if it's a rare occurance and resolved so quickly.
