   I'm looking at the Lara Croft background in my PS5 and my tropht count... It is taking me ages just to get THROUGH the first 3 Tomb Raiders. 76h on this game so far! There's still 4, 5, and 6 in the other one!
   Platinuming these remasters is probably going to take me like a fucking decade. These games are HARD. Not so much "Nintendo hard", but... once you start adding in time limits, save restrictions, taking no damage during boss fights... Fucking hell

     Did you try Modern Controls or Tank Controls? If you tried the Modern Controls setting, give Tank a try. I find the games unplayable with the Modern setting. Thank Devs the original Tank controls were there in the settings.

     @hellomiakoda I can't play that on console... i'm so bad at aiming with the analogues of the PS4 poor Lara keeps getting impaled by a booby trap near the beginning of Rise of the Tomb raider

     There's a policy I fucking hate. If you download and launch a game on Playstation, it becomes non-refundable. Well, the fuck am I supposed to do if I buy a game and immediately find the controls worthless?

     I think they should do auto approved refund if the game wasn't launched, or has under 1h on it,, and at least refundable once a human takes a look for all others. At least for games that don't offer a trial.

     if I was in charge at Playstation, I'd do that but with an additional trustworthiness attribute. Players who's accounts are long standing, haven't had violations, and are fairly active on a regular basis, would have additional leeway for approving refunds to store credit (refund to debit would still require approval).

     I'd also factor in to that trustworthiness how fast the player resolved funding issues. Example - I had my account locked when I changed banks and forgot to update my payment info on PSN. When it billed my PS+, it of course bounced. I had that corrected in under 24 hours. (I'm very protective of my Playstation account!) That should count in favor of trustworthiness if it's a rare occurance and resolved so quickly.

     Dude... if you've never had a Playstation account lock out... my god that's an anxiety inducing experience. Warnings the second I load my profile on Playstation, lock icons on all my games, chunks of home screen info just missing... Oh man that was a pit in my stomach moment! 🤣
     It's like RSD, with the added panic of not having my entire library of games on a $500 piece of equipment. My means of escapism torn from my very hand. 🤣

     Actually, it DOES have keyboard and mouse! It will accept Bluetooth or USB.
     I have no idea what games support it, as I haven't gone exploring, but I have seen it work on one! I have a BT keyboard paired to my PS5. I only use it for chat when a discussion starts getting a bit long for doing it with the controller, but yeah, it's supported.
     Some of the function keys even work! If I remember right, print screen functions as the Share button.

     @hellomiakoda I have nothing against the PS4, but it lacks keyboard and mouse!

     Also, the controllers keep discharging even though the console is powered off and even unplugged!

     Bought it second hand with a whole lotta game, use it as a DVD/BluRay player :shibaohshit:

     DEFINITELY should be lenient if they have hours on games from the same IP or series, and then wants to refund just a recently bought one! OMG, the player is clearly a fan, and wouldn't refund something theyre a fan of unless it was pure trash!

     @hellomiakoda Makes sense. Something like "that person has 367 hours of gameplay on game X, has bought Y, launched it 5 min and now want a refund => granted"
