I did agree until I read your example there, those are just sickfucks who don't care about animals. They just want money, it's not about improving anything but revenue. There are very very few breeders worth the title of eugenicists imo, they're the ones trying to breed out things like hip dysplasia in german shep purebreds etc. Most are just sociopathic narcissists who want money, there's no ethical motivation or rationale behind it past that.
