Matt Hamilton@sun no idea, but probably not. From what I heard, the British monarchy sent letters to websites visited by UK citizens (of which they keep records, meeting some threshold). I doubt they will outright block anyone, but I figure I’d offer for anyone who wants keep the djinn in the bottle.
