The Tower of Babel happened centuries before the birth of Abraham, who lived centuries before Moses. It’s trivially easy to see that national borders, boundaries and constituent peoples have morped and changed over the millennia - just like languages. I’m sure you’re up to date on all these details, along with their respective secular explanations. I think the Traditional Christian explanations are better and make more sense.
