Heidi Li FeldmanRoberts’ grant of an administrative stay in the Abrego Garcia case did not include any explanation for the stay. He did request a brief on the merit from Abrego Garcia’s attorneys by today at 5 pm eastern (they were already filing as this request was made), which might mean that the Court will not drag its feet on assessing the district order to return Abrego Garcia from El Salvador. But there’s no real way to know how long this administrative stay will last. 2/
