I think it's most important that we achieve more equitable trade parity with Europe and China if we are to wage this massive trade war. The trade situation with Cambodia was not of particular concern to me, but then again I'm not clued into all of the nuances of international trade. Maybe the administration wants to make sure China can't use them as a proxy to skirt the new tariffs.
