@Fullmetal2255 @Hoss That's not the actual legal standard, there just needs to be a reasonable justification that it's in the best interest of the shareholders, which doesn't need to be monetary. Doubly so in this case because the Cost Plus Drugs is specifically formed as a Public Benefit Corporation with explicitly (but not solely) non-profit motives from the start.
