There was a small group of Africans who had some basic metallurgy skill. They learned it from the White Phoenicians and the technology did not spread outside of this small African group of people because the technology was beyond the mental grasp of the African mind.

You can look at present day Africa and see the complete lack of intellectual capacity. Not just in the area of innovation but even in keeping inherited technology productive. Since 1980 approximately 5 trillion dollars has been funneled into Africa and Africans are still unable to procure consistent sources of water or manage reliable agricultural sources of food. Why? Because the average IQ in sub Saharan Africa is 70. In the US a person with an IQ of 70 is considered mentally disabled.

This is why the one country that was opulent and prosperous in Africa, South Africa, is now devolving into a 3rd world $hit hole. Now that blacks control South Africa (the African National Congress) they can't keep the power grid up and running or provide consistently safe drinking water. Johannesburg, once a safe, beautiful European styled city is now, in the short span of 27 years, a crime infested blighted city full of trash and filth.

There are individual exceptions to the rule but exceptions only prove a rule. In the US, due to interbreeding with Whites, Tue average IQ of blacks is 85. At IQ 85 someone is barely able to exhibit impulse control. Under 85, like what we see in the inner city ghettos, the IQs fall precipitously and there is almost no impulse control. These blacks will murder each other, and do every day, without any thought of the future consequences and they will relish the act of violence against a White person who blacks have been told are the reason they are so socially unsuccessful.

The sooner Whites understand this hard stop limitation of blacks the sooner we can come up with real solutions on how Whites (and Asians) can maximize the peace between our races. All of this, "We're one race, the human race" Marxist propaganda is counterproductive.
