@tomcat Mirrors. Always mirrors unless you absolutely know what you're doing.
Also you do NOT want to use RAIDZ here. This means you'll have 9 drives. You can't divide 128 by 9 evenly, so you'll waste a ton of space.
RAIDZ2 would work, but 10 is pretty wide.
/me is currently running 12 in mirrors (mix of 18TB and 22TB disks)
