Having the source code of proprietary software under a source-available (proprietary) license on a flash drive (that runs proprietary software), with the binary being burned into circuits that that make up a socketed ROM chip that go into the missile (firmware - as if you can reprogram it, it's software), that is completely destroyed when the missile explodes, clearly wouldn't be free software.
