Second time.
I once got arrested as a truck driver for having a minor paper work violation in Colorado 2008.
You’re supposed to carry a health card that proves you passed your last yearly physical, but instead of giving me the original, the physician gave me the carbon copy. The carbon copy started too wear and become illegible so I traced over it in pen. The DOT inspector called it a fictitious document and said that I just needed too prove too the court that I have a valid physical card, and let go on my way.
I totally forgot about it.
6 months later I got pulled over for a tail light out at 3am. Turns out I had a bench warrant on my ass.
