@howsen finally, in terms of the hard work: I don't know how to fix that.

Coming in at the very beginning of an organization, before it even becomes an organization, and making it start and grow is hard.

Maybe acknowledging that it's hard work, and putting into place structures to support that hard work, and acknowledging that resources to do that hard work are unevenly distributed, is at least a step towards making it easier?

I'm not sure.
