@xianc78 i think its because upscalers and co are from the utility family of models. it does one specific thing, it does it well and mostly correctly, and a job no human wants to do.

or a model that pulls poses out of webcam footage. which is neat, since it allows for indie mo-cap and potential future cheap VR (and memes.)
