@jeffowski @david_chisnall @DemocracyMattersALot Many years ago I worked for a doctor who had served as a flight surgeon in Vietnam. He had shrapnel left over in his back & he walked with a prominent limp. He wasn't like any other doctor I have ever worked with; down to earth, no holds barred & matter of fact with opinions & treatment.

He once told a patient about a cyst he was about to incise, "what's seen on the surface is 1/5 of what's below & unseen."

That's how I feel about this story.
