@Koropokkur I saw a poast about how disney is repeatedly shooting themselves in the foot, and it showed a picture of some of their artwork from I guess the 50s about energy production in the future. Stuff that was realistically pretty high brow, and it made me think about what the problem with cal-arts is - it is a sloppy template that is meant to be tossed over stories constructed with just as much care; eg - artslop.

This is related to how it is easy to produce a movie nowadays which is, technically speaking, watchable, but still doesn't compare to stuff like Good Bad and Ugly
