    as far as I can see

    I thought they might share the input with other relay towers for the output?
    So then a hand held near a repeater could broadcast all over the world?
    But it would be as busy as if it did?

    We have 147 MHz for FM VHF CB radio
    and the listed ones in the link below for Ham Radio repeaters
