Been having some neck and shoulder pain. Doc suggested ice, Voltaren, and a heating pad

None of the heating pads in the house sit quite properly to be effective. They're also bulky and the power cords attach at the most inconvenient place

Turns out my heated vest is perfect for the task at hand. The heated neck element makes all the difference when walking the dog on a cold winter morning, and the double-duty heating pad is a nice bonus
