I feel like an ex would 1) have more details and photos, and 2) be more malicious?

If it were a pig butchering scam, she'd actually be responding, and they're typically via more private channels.

The quality of information & media leads me to think it's your second option, trolls who are just using scraps.

The good thing is, George Brown's pre-health program is only one year which means she's probably doing something else now (or soon).
