@sampo Indeed, I stand by my "Brexit was good actually" take for this reason, diplomatic splits are an opportunity to recentre a country and to help its culture to regain uniqueness. Similarly, the prospect of a breakdown in the "Special Relationship" (thank you America, truly you are my greatest ally) makes me salivate because it's finally an opportunity to deamericanise our culture. At least Finland has a language barrier. 😞
