ImogenBoot from a Windows 98 CD with the CDROM enabled options
Type fdisk and create the partitions
Set the partition active
Type C:
Type format C: /u /s
Mkdir Win98
Copy D:\Win98\*.* c:\Win98
CD win98
Setup
Follow the instructions and you are all set.
