@adiz Things break for reasons that don't make sense all the time, dealt with it too many times, saw it too many times. I already do tech work on several fields, networks isn't one I want to add to the list, because I simply don't like it.

Having a physical box is nice, but IMO it's a lot more reliable and easy to just rent the infrastructure. Then I don't need to worry about uptime or whatever, I can unplug the router whenever I want, don't need to have hardware running constantly, and so on.
