@sun @kaia It was quite good before the MS acquisition, fully P2P aside the account system. Someone did some engineer the protocol years ago but i can't find my notes or URL on it.
After Ms acquired it, not more P2P. The closest thing we have to far is Jami. I'm using it more and more between people and it works most of the time.
