The new employee, Austin, at the deli counter made a mistake with my order. That's not at all what my complaint is about.
It was highly inappropriate for him to be reprimanded for his error in front of the customer! Furthermore, he followed the exact instructions other staff gave him. Their instructions were incorrect.
