This is very bad. Lack of food safety is how deadly diseases like cholera spread. I don't know what's going on in the US, it's not just E Coli, Listeria and Salmonella, the neglect of H5N1 is frightening, contaminated milk, for example, is unacceptable in confined cattle. The same goes for poultry and pigs. It's as if there is no control at all. There is nothing like this happening in other countries.
