The few remaining big dodgy hidden services were mopped up in a series of big raids, mostly because the service operators believed their own bullshit about TOR+Crypto being untraceable and untouchable, but as it turns out, if the numbers become big enough to get feds from all over the globe to coordinate investigations, they're very much not.
