@grey What do you actually eat during strict fast? Seems like the options are limited to fruit and veggies and nuts and mostly or exclusively raw food? Wife and I were trying to plan out some other stuff, but everything uses some type of oils. Personally, I am less concerned about oil since we don't store it in animal product jars anymore, but I'm not trying to be a rules lawyer about this.
