One thing to think about is an idea from the Cyber Cleanse from the Opt Out Project is if you have a problematic service that you have to use, you can “render unto Caesar” - basically just use it for that one thing and nothing else. Delete everything else off your Facebook that you can and just use it for one or two things. That way they only know that one thing about you.
