Maybe he simped to keep her happy, or maybe it was just a scatterbrained oversight or error in judgment from all the dopamine. I recommend a position of guarded/distanced empathy. Statistically, the odds are stacked way against them. Just sit back and let him learn from his mistake (and by mistake, I mean marriage.)
