Drawing boundaries is necessary for stability. Messages must be sent as to where the boundaries are. Simply conceding at every point leads to encroachment and continuation of bad behaviors. Boundaries correct wrongs, bring people around, and thus are far more loving than consessions. Fire and sword points are the means to harmony.
